-Experience & Project Evaluation
We review prior project history, references, areas of expertise, and capacity to ensure alignment with D.B.G. standards.

-Interview or Trade Discussion
A brief conversation may be conducted to confirm expectations, scope capabilities, communication standards, and scheduling reliability.

-Approval & Onboarding
Approved subcontractors will be added to our official list, receive onboarding information, and become eligible for upcoming project assignments.

-Active Work Opportunities
Once approved, subcontractors may be scheduled for residential or commercial projects based on trade, availability, and performance.
