• Overseeing the work of all office volunteers to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and HCCO standards
• Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
• Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances and electronics as required
• Manage accounts and perform bookkeeping
• Make bank deposit
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other Major Duties: • Overseeing the work of all office employees and volunteers so they work productively and meet HCCO standards
• Representing HCCO publicly with speaking to Churches, Businesses and community orginazations
• Meeting with clients while making financial decissions involving HCCO help with rent, utilities, etc.
• Manage banking accounts, monitary donations and basic bookkeeping skills
• Keep up with food inventory and order products as needed
• Prepare Besides delivering food, the duties include cleaning and some light prep work. We are looking for both full time and part time drivers, night positions are all we have available at this time. All employees must be at least 18 years old and have a valid drivers licence, valid insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
