Our Sr Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for overseeing the accounts payable functions with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. This role involves managing the processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining vendor relationships. The Sr Specialist collaborates with internal departments and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes.
A successful Procurement Specialist shall lead clerical duties pertaining to the update and maintenance of the company’s purchasing programs. At a minimum the position requires a good working knowledge of general office functions; proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; ability to read, understand, interpret, input and analyze data.
